Hi Well I have another problem using an Avaya 2050pc Softphone and using Avaya Contact Center. So I have agents setup on CCM to hear a beep when they have a incoming queue call. this works great on our 1150 VoIP phones, but for some reason the Beep does not happen when the agent is using a softphone? Phone programming is setup on Nortel CS1000e.
