Hi Guys:

I need your help. Former Nortel/Avaya engineer here.. No longer have access to support.avaya and can't find my User CD. Does anyone have an ftp link for IPO Softphone or Phone Manager? It's for my own personal IPO.

Been there already.. They just link to the Avaya support site and I don't have a login any longer.

Bummer , you could just try and sign up for a new sso account

enter no relationship and see how far you get.

Im sure if somebody is feeling kind they may link a dropbox for you or similar

Looks as though if you have 'no relationship' you can only get the docs but not download any software.

Does anyone have a suggestion on a Sip trunking provider for the IPO that will work with a DHCP router vs. needing a Static?

You need to find one that uses registered trunks versus IP authenticated
