avaya ses sip to sip call fail 407 proxy authentication requiered

Hi,
I have this problem that just started a couple of days ago.
I have a small S8300 3.1 with SES 3.1
It is in our test lab.
I no longer unable to make any sip to sip calls or sip to S8300 or PSTN calls. When a a phone tries to call, wireshark trace shows
407 proxy authentication requiered.
Status for a SIP trunk group shows OOS/FE (far end being SES)
SES shows phones as registered.

I have no idea where to start.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had a similar issue just recently.

As the SIP trunks are down, check the far end domain and far end node name 2in the SIP Signalling group.

Then do a busy / release

Trunks look OK now, but I still can't make any calls.
 
TLS. I resolved this problem (sort of).
I did some wireshark traces between CM & SES and saw Certificate expires msg.
I found this on Avaya site:

So I set a clock back on both systems and everything is working fine.
I can do that because it is a lab PBX.
