Hi
Has anyone out there has had some experience in dealing with the Avaya SES and Clearone MAX SIP conferencing phones?
Here is the scene.....
We have an S8400 CM 4 tied to an Avaya SES home/edge combo. The SIP trunk is in service and seems OK. I also have a CLEARONE MAX IP (SIP) conference phone that is registered to the SES. I followed the config notes available from avaya to get this phone setup in CM as OPS station and also in the SES.
Here is the problem, I can make calls inbound to the CLEARONE MAX IP (SIP) conference phone, from both internal extensions as well as via a DID from outside. BUT i con not make calls outbound from the CLEARONE MAX IP (SIP) conference phone, not to internal extension or to outside resources.
Below (on next reply) is a trace log file from the SES captured while attempting to make calls out to internal extensions and to an outside number.
If anyone has encountered anything like this I would appreciate any input you could provide.
