The grace period expired before I could activate my new licensing, and now it won't take the new license from the external WEBLM. Is there anything stopping the process because the grace period is over?

Na, there's a script for it to import the CA cert of the WebLM server on port 52233.

All SBC 7's I believe don't usually trust the the cert of the WebLM. If you have access to the Avaya support site, its something like fixweblmcert.sh

You can see in the gui.log if it's a certificate error, there's a post about this in the IP Office forum
