Avaya R10 OneX Portal

Hi guys

Just upgraded our in house Avaya IPO V2 to R10, we have a V2 UC Module which i have also upgraded to R10. I now have a problem when trying to make a call from One-X Portal, I can dial from One-X, my 1408 starts dialing but nothing appears on the One-X page? I've tried using Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome with the same results. I'm pretty sure this just worked on 9.1 so i don't know what I'm missing?


Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Did you install the Call Assistant R10 and tried with that?
Did you installed the Outlook plugin R10 and tried with that?
I had no issues after a upgrade so it must be something which went wrong on the upgrade.
 
Hi intrigrant,

I did also install the plugin and call assistant. Call Assistant doesn't pop up when I make or receive s call. I did enable the screen pop in CA settings. I'll do a reinstall of R10 on the UC Module and see what happens. Is it possible to factory default the UCM or when I reinstall does that fully wipe the previous ISO?

Normally a reinstall wipes all configuration.
You can unistall and re-install only One-X on the maintenance web page
