Anyone know if it's possible to record in QM not using a softphone, but with a hard voip phone? Thanks

As far as I know you need to use DNCC which requires a "dummy" softphone extension. I beleive if you get the Avaya branded Verrint system then they don't double dip you on the station licenses.

I googled DNCC, but am unable to find out what it is. Can you give me any more info? Thanks!!!!
