Is there any way to turn up the brightness on the Phone display and the brightness of the green LED's on the Partner 18D and 34D phones?

Adjust the display contrast by pressing * and then using the “up” volume control button to
increase the brightness or the “down” volume control button to decrease the brightness. Adjust
the contrast while the telephone is idle and the handset is in the cradle.

LED's - no luck

If you're having problems with the brightness of your LEDs contact your vendor this seems to be an ongoing problem let them know, and it doesn't matter what vendor because they all come from the same place.(Several different sources same problem)

The LEDs tend to be hard to see in direct sunlight. While the intensity of the backlight used by the LCD can be adjusted, I wish Avaya would also add a way to adjust the LCD's contrast.
