Avaya Phone B179 wont make or receive calls

I have 2 Avaya B179 Conference Phones with the same issue... Both phones cannot make or receive calls... The only thing I did was unplug them move a table around in the office a bit and plug them back in.... Both phones do not show any error when booting up and when I try to make a call from the phone I hear a long beep tone when calling a number "this is normal... sounds like its ringing the person on the other end except for the other person never gets the call"... I logged into the web interface on one of the phones and noticed that the phone shows Status: Not Registered

I factory reset one of the phones and entered in the User/setup info and get the same issue...
All help would be much appreciated
 
run monitor with the SIP option for registration on and then we can tell what the issue is.

Check the transport details...could have changed..
May be set to TLS..change it to TCP
 
It is currently set to UDP... should I still change it to TLS

I will grab the monitor details

Let me know if you guys need anything specific in the trace .... I checked all under the SIP tab in monitor
 
Set the proxy IP address to the IPO IP address and SIP needs a password
 
Hi randy.

Change it to TCP..not TLS

Make sure you have the login password put in..your screen shot does not show it..
The password from Telephony, login.
 
Also on you lan voip tab make sure sip register is ticked
 
Update:
Thanks for all the help guys... never actually had to change any settings... They are both registered now... It was some glitch in the web interface seeing the changes... if i made changes to the phone config on web side the phone was not picking them up... i made the changes on the phone directly then refreshed and saved on the web side and everything started working.... weird glitch
