Help, we have an Avaya G3 PBX. The Network Manager has recently been put in charge of the telecom department. He says he knows it is possible to open up the SNMP for our PBX so that they can have MIBs which can send alerts if one of our trunks goes down. I called Avaya, they have said that we would have to purchase a software pkgs. Does anyone out there have info on this?
