What is required to become an Avaya authorized partner or reseller? Is it work it and good or bad experiences?

I meant to say "is it WORTH it"? Are the purchase and repair prices I pay going to be lower than lets say MetroLine Direct?

Never. Metroline is a whore... They offer refurb equipment cheaper than I can buy it. BUT, what happens when something goes bad from Metroline? (lol, like that never happens) Can they RMA you a new processor? Can they offer you tech support on every product they sell?

If all you want is to install Partner systems, then maybe you dont need to be an Avay BP. But if you want to grow, and sell more of Avayas equipment, like IP etc..., you almost have to.

The honesty here is so thick, you could cut it with a knife. No one here tries to be mean, and I know it comes out that way sometimes. But what you're hearing is all true. I love it.
