I have a client who has an older AVAYA Partner voicemail. The default 1234 is no longer valid after an electrical storm. How can I remotely access and reset the voicemail password for ext 10? Thank you!

You need to know which type (Partner mail stand-alone, Partner Mail VS, Partner Messaging, or Partner PC mail) as well as which release. They all have different ways of accessing them. You might also try 123456 as default for Partner Mail is 6-digit passwords and if it reset it might be back to 6-digits.
