How do you take a telephone number plugged to a port and only have it ring and accessible on one extension?

Use Line Assignment (#302) to REMOVE the line from all other sets, and ASSIGN to the one extension only.

Then use Line Access Restriction (#302) to make the line No Access to all the other extensions, so they can't press Intercom and dial the line number to access
