Has anyone had an issue with phantom 911 calls on the Partner system? We have connected it to the SMDR printer and there is no record of the 911 call being placed from any extention. This has been going on for quite a while now and it runs in spurts. There will be no calls for several days and then four calls in one day, two the next, etc. Have changed out the whole control unit and still having the issue. I need to double check but I don't believe the VM has outcalling either.

VM outcalling would show on SMDR as well. Be sure that your SMDR talk time is turned on and set for all calls.

More likely, someone has a bridged connection to one of your lines. Phone company cable counts can appear at multiple addresses, it may be malicious or not.
