Avaya Partner System ringing every 30 minutes 1

I have a problem with my phone system. I have an Avaya system with Partner VM. Every 30 minutes either extension 10 or 11 will ring. Both do not ring together and it alternates extensions. The other extensions do not ring. I have unhooked he outside lines and it still occurs. Also, when I get a legitimate call I hear a number being dialed before I can talk with the caller.

Check your voice mail ports.
#505, group 7, 10 and 11 should be 2 not assigned.

Only the extension numbers that the voicemail is using should be in group 7.

List your equipment in order.

I assumed (I know) that extension 10 and 11 needed to be assigned. Thanks for the help. Problem solved.
