Avaya Partner - Ringing then Transfer

If a user is on line one and a call comes in, it says transfering to an extension. then it rings an extension then goes to voicemail. i have tried it on the other 10 lines and they work fine. this only happens if a user is on line 1
 
That happens when #505, hunt group 7, is assigned incorrectly. Make sure your voicemail ports are assigned correctly.
