Avaya Partner R8 - Conference Phone

Problem: I have a long conference table and I would like to provide conference call ability so everyone can hear. I thought about having 3 phone spaced out amongst the table.

I saw the B149 conference phone and B100 extensions however I see they are not compatible to the Avaya Partner R8. How would I accomplish what I want to accomplish with my existing phone system?

Seeing as the B149/B159 are analog stations, no reason it shouldn't work.

The reason it is not supported on the Partner is that the Partner was discontinued before they came out with the B149. All the B149 requires is an analog port to work, so it will work on the Partner System.
