Avaya Partner Page while incoming call rings

I installed a new ACS processor and now the receptionist is telling me she use to be able to page while a a call in incoming.
Right now the receptionist needs to wait until the calls stop (or answer and put on hold) until they can page the loudspeaker.
Anyone know what feature i need to change or activate/deactivate?

Is it connected to a line port or the page port on the PACS? If it is connected to the page port you should be able to page while a call is ringing in. Set the page button to Inetercom 70. If they push the page button it should grab an intercom button and dial 70 without interrupting the incoming call.
