Avaya Partner MLS 18D Phones 1

There are three lines in the office, five of six phones default to line 1 when the handset is removed from base. One phone defaults to line 3 which I do not want. How do I program the phone to default to line 1 like all the other phones?

Any info would be appreciated.

dial feature 00
left intercom twice
right intercom once
dial ext number of phone you wish to program
dial **
press the line or intercom keys in the order you want them picked up
dial **
feature 00 to exit
