AVAYA Partner Messaging: Disable Voicemail completely on all extensions

Hello all,

I have a client which is a nursing home. They would like to disable voicemail on all of their extensions and incoming lines. Can anyone tell me the best way of doing this ?? Should I disable it on each extension ( make them Transfer only extensions) ?? The problem stems from a family member that left a voicemail which was unheard by the staff and the family member was very upset. It has been quite a few years since I worked on an AP system so any details would be most helpful.

easy just uninstall the voicemail module or card as long as you are not using a front ended auto attendant if so they just disable at user level
 
You will need to make them transfer-only extensions if you plan on using the AA to greet callers and want them to be able to transfer to extensions.
 
Thank you both for your help. I setup Transfer-only on all the extensions and then they decided that they didn't even want the Auto-attendant to answer. Ended up puilling the voicemail card.
