Hi All,

I have a Partner 103G4 that just developed a problem. I'm not too familiar with these systems and the Avaya troubleshooting was no help.

The system will ring with an incoming call, but the phones lose power as soon as you lift the handset. Extensions 10 and 11 will also lose power intermittently even when the phones are untouched. I tried disconnecting all phone lines except for extension 10 and the system acts the same way. Is there a power supply that could be causing this and, if so, is it replaceable? Any other thoughts?

Thanks,
Rich

You can get a whole processor for a couple of hundred bucks. That would be my suggestion.
