Avaya Onex communicator not getting connect

Hi All, I am having one user who is facing issue as not able to login into Avaya onex communicator. After click on logon button getting error as your login attempt was unsuccessful. I checked vpn connection, ping towards clan IP but all are fine. with same extesnion details I am able to login on different PC. do any one have idea how can we resolve this
 
their IP on VPN, what network region is it in? Which network region is your IP you're testing from in?
 
I know this does not help, but I just fought this same issue for over a month. The user eventually told me that it started working again and I never figured out why. The only thing I do know is that the his softphone was sending the registration request to the CM and the CM was responding with its acknowledgment, but that ACK never made it to his laptop. I performed a laundry list of troubleshooting procedures and working with various internal teams and even opened a ticket with Avaya.
 
Check all the settings against a working client. I've seen emergency call handling not set up correctly or information under the Login area that did not belong.
 
@kyle555 yes their IP is on vpn and the woking system is also on vpn only. the network region for test and problematic both are on same. when I checking on trace its not getting any registration request towards CM for extension registration
 
@Ketan_D sounds like you found a network issue. Have you asked your network team to verify what is happening to the packets that aren't making it to the CM?
