Avaya onex attendant

Putting in new cm. Release 7. Virtual servers. Installed avaya onex attendant. Set up 302 console. Set it as extension 7001. Sent it up as telecommunicator mode. Set "0" in dail plan as ATTN. For some reason when you dial 0 you can hear ringback tone and in the list trace it shows ATTN group 1 ringing but the console never rings. If you dial extn 7001 the avaya onex console rings perfectly. What am I missing to make "0" ring the onex ATTN.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Try change listed-directory-numbers enter in 0 for Ext give it a name "Operator" and put in the correct Tenant number.
