Avaya Onex 9650 personal directories automatically deleted

We have this customer whose using Avaya onex 9650 phone, he have save a lot of users for speed dial / directory, at the end of the day, he logs out, then logs in the next morning, it will be fine for like 2 days but on the 3rd day when he logged backed in, all the speed dial/directory he made are all gone, any thoughts?
