Avaya One-X Version 2.5.6

Hi Everyone,

I have a particular agent who has been reporting that he gets automatically signed out of the avaya one-x application and back to system default. He is the only one affected every time. I have always told him to reboot and re-launch the application. I am wondering what could be causing this and if anyone has experienced the same, I would be very interested to know how it got remediated or resolved.

Grab the One-X logs and review them would be the first step.

Hi Avayaguy 23,

Yup, I asked him to run the logs as soon as he experience it again. Unfortunately the date and time it happened is not showing anymore. I have also check the folders, I don't see any log files folders.
