Hello, one of my customers employees forgot there Avaya One-X Portal password. I've logged into the onexportal-admin page, i can see the user and the password, however the password is grayed out and i cannot manually change it, or even reset it. I've tried searching this up for a few hours and there is nothing on the subject. Has anyone have a solution to this without doing a full reinstall? Why can the Administrator user not have the ability to reset?
