Hello, one of my customers employees forgot there Avaya One-X Portal password. I've logged into the onexportal-admin page, i can see the user and the password, however the password is grayed out and i cannot manually change it, or even reset it. I've tried searching this up for a few hours and there is nothing on the subject. Has anyone have a solution to this without doing a full reinstall? Why can the Administrator user not have the ability to reset?

That would be changed in the IP Office Manager application under the user's password under their extension.

Sigh seriously... i could of swore it stated in the documentation that the password there was not affiliated...
And when i checked an extension which did not have a password setup in manager, portal admin showed one...
Ill have to play some more with it. Thanks for the info though.
