Hi,

Does anyone implemented avaya One X mobile for blackbery? How to do that? What to look for in my capacity if my system is capable?

Thanks a lot.

One X Mobile needs an AES server and 1 or 2 additional servers depending on config to work.

Now the better question is it worth it? I don't know the answer to that yet, as I just started to put it in. I just don't think our staff will use it, but the bosses wanted it, so we are putting it in.

Does anybody have it installed and want to give a review from the battlefield about it vs. power point slides.

so i need an AES server? do you have documents how to install it?

If you search the avaya support site, you will find them. It is offered in a "software only" version, where you supply the hardware, however, you still need to license it and buy licenses, so it's not free by any means.

Ok. Thanks Mitch.. What specific item in "disp capacity" where i can see that? What is the name? Thanks a lot.

depends on what applications you are running on the AES server, nut the AES server needs is own license and WebLM server, that gets installed when you install AES. There are TSAPI licenses, IP_I-A licneses for recording applications, etc. AES does many CTI applications, depends on what you are doing, what licenses you need to buy.

Not to threadjack, but anybody using it?

I just got out of a call about it and I'm being pushed to install it and I just don't see the company using it.
