Avaya one-x communicator

Hi
I have installed a demo IP Office server using Vmware in my PC. One-x portal configured as per document. Now Avaya Communicator & One-x mobile is not running properly. I have configured avaya communicator & avaya one-x mobile as per document.Demo License is showing properly. One-x portal service is also running.

Can anyone help me ..

Thanks for your response.
In the same PC I have open one-x portal using the URL "

https://192.168.1.230:9443/onexportal-admin.html"

Configure the required parameter.
One-x portal service showing running successfully.
From my mobile where I install One-x mobile is also reachable to my IPO server.
Avaya one-x communicator is also installed in the same PC.
When I logging in the communicator it showing "unsucessful login attempt".

Can you guide me where may be the problem.
