We are having issues on our AVaya one X Communicator using VPN. It works perfectly on the first logged in the Avaya OneX it can dial internal and outside calls but when we are going to dial again, there's no dial tone heard after pressing 9 we tried also by typing the number but we get a dead air. It will work again if we logged out.
 
Trace it on CM. The clearly a problem with RTP ports
 
Hi Kyle. I also noticed that even if dialing internal extension there's no dial tone and ringback but on the other side it was ringing he picked up the call and there's a 2 way audio. Upon seeing in the trace there's an RTP Packets sending from G450 to Phones. The ports that is using for RTP Packets is that the UDP Ports defined in the network-region, right?
 
8.1 has source number routing - so SM can trigger call routing based on the FROM header and not the to header. Look it up in the sm admin guide. Try that
