Avaya one-x communicator display ** instead calling number

My one-x communicator display calling number, until I am logged as an agent he display ** instead calling number
any idea please?

Avaya and probably most people on this forum will tell you the same thing. One-x communicator was never designed for contact center functionality. I would recommend buying one-x agent softphone licenses (IP_Agent).

We have 500+ users logging in as agents using One-X Communicator and we don't have that behavior. Are you using the latest version of One-X?

Thank you Sean655, using the latest One-X Communicator 6.2.14.15-sp14p7 SOLVE THE ISSUE. however now, after hungup we see +1 inserted to calling number !!
