Avaya and probably most people on this forum will tell you the same thing. One-x communicator was never designed for contact center functionality. I would recommend buying one-x agent softphone licenses (IP_Agent).
Thank you Sean655, using the latest One-X Communicator 6.2.14.15-sp14p7 SOLVE THE ISSUE. however now, after hungup we see +1 inserted to calling number !!
