I'm running Avaya One-X Portal Version: 9.0.5.0 build 5 on a Windows 2008 R2 Box, everything seems to work fine with the portal when using the web interface to login. I've been told to install Avaya One-X Assistant on our Citrix XenApp 6.5 servers now, and this is where the problem arises. I use roaming profiles for all users and the Avaya One-X Assistant settings do not save between logins. Has anyone had this problem? Documentation about Avaya One-X Assistant on terminal servers seems to be non-existent other than the tiny mention that it is supported in the manual.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work with roaming profiles. (Why are you using roaming profiles anyway, it's not 2001)

Thanks for your response. I've since found what I believe is a reference to this in the Avaya manual (
The environment I refer to has a very fluid shipping department with shared workstations, 3 terminal servers setup with load balancing and a two citrix servers. The owners don't want to pay for citrix licenses for all call center users, yet want to give dev users the freedom to work from both the home or the office. If you are familiar with the citrix licensing model, you know why it is set up with different servers.

How would one re-create this with local profiles & redirection?
