Our client has disclosed a number for your customers, but have two receptionists. I can not to make the calls touch same time in both One-x, which is what the customer wants. Our client would be satisfied if we could switch the calls to the two operators.

I apologize for my English and I appreciate the help!

If your attendants are assosiated with a physical desk phone , you could try adding the base stations to a cover answer group and point the DDI at a virtual station , then have the cover path on the virtual station hit the answer group , i think this will work , but you will have to try it ....... Failing that you can queue the calls to the attendants in a vector , they just will not ring at the same time in that scenario , but that is the intended design and operation of the attendant.
