hi All,

We are having a strange problem at our noc's.
Recently, we changed our old noc's to newer ones.

In fact, it is only a computer running the One-X Attendant software.
As far as I know, everything worked fine and the old noc's were sold.

The problem is, that when a second call comes in, the ringing tone
rings only once. On the old noc's it was a continues ring.
Our receptionists find this very annoying because they are missing calls because of this.

I looked everywhere in the attendant software, but i cannot find to change the ring tone into a loop
or something like that.

I already called our supplier, but they also have no idea where to change this option.
Does anybody have an idea?

I would assume you set it on the station form, page 2, Active Station Ringing as you would with an IP-phone.

Still wrong forum though =)
