Avaya One X Attendant - Busy Lamp

Hi

I have installed One X Attendant, but the Busy Lamp button are not working, when pressing the busy lamp button is doesn't ring the extension, But the busy lamp does show when they are Free or Busy.

Has anyone experienced this before?? if so how can I resolve this....
