Hi
Can any one help please. we have R4 one x attendant which is conected into the customers LDAP directory but the information being diplayed is the full E.164 number i.e +44117917xxxx which is not good to call local extensions. The customer wants us to use the address parser to change the length form to 5 digits. I have read the manual several times but it is confusing. Has any one done this before or can they attach a example please, also the one attandent us used in several different countrys.
