Avaya one X attendant 3.03.002

Hi guys,

I'm installing this one X attendant app and stumbling on tons of issues. I park a call, but the park button does not turn yellow and I can't retrieve the call back. I also don't know how to customize the hot keys to do any of the features from the CM.

Any help is appreciated...

I have a 10 Meg file I could email you. It is the files I got from AVAYA they use. Their docs have pictures and such. Instead of the long PDF's that illustrate nothing. This applications is basically the OSPC in a new wrapper. It is a pain to install. I have mine working with LDAP out of my AD server. Was very time consuming to figure out, but can be done.

I hesitate to mention that I know about this product.
