Avaya 'Not Ready' Reasons.

Hi all,

I have an Avaya IP 500. I have setup not ready codes, but there do not appear within the realtime reporting. I'm running the supervisor realtime viewer - I can see a list of agents with another column called 'Agent State' If an agent goes on a not code on the their phone (i.e not ready - Lunch ) that code doesn't appear on the supervisor realtime viewer. It only appears as Busy N/A.

is there any way around this? So that the supervisor can see the actual state of the agent.

Hi. Yes the reason code. I'm not in front of the system but the tab under CCR. Where you can preprogram not ready reasons
 
reason codes come on the marker info of Agent queue state .So if you hover on the small triangle in that state you can see that info.
