I have an Avaya IP 500. I have setup not ready codes, but there do not appear within the realtime reporting. I'm running the supervisor realtime viewer - I can see a list of agents with another column called 'Agent State' If an agent goes on a not code on the their phone (i.e not ready - Lunch ) that code doesn't appear on the supervisor realtime viewer. It only appears as Busy N/A.
is there any way around this? So that the supervisor can see the actual state of the agent.
