Avaya New Download Center

We are BPs but haven't been to the BP Enterprise site in a while and I went thru our SSO login and searched everywhere and couldn't find the PC Card downloads page Avaya used to have. Just need to download the 6.85T patch - one of our techs lost our upgrade card so I need to download it again.

Calling Avaya is always a hassle for this info so I'm asking the Avaya techs and vendors here.

They discontinued the EFLASH web page. Look under Avaya.com, downloads.Also you have to buy the software and card from the site listed. All Avaya provides is the file itself.

I found the site.

Its on Avaya's public Support site under downloads - then you choose the option - "Products Exempt from Software/Firmware Access Policy"

The ACS R6.85T bib file is there under the Partner ACS option.

You can also find the downloads from the regular support.avaya.com start page, where you typically go to find manuals. Select "Find Documentation and Downloads By Product Name", and then Partner, Merlin, or whatever product you need patches for. It will then be found "Downloads" and "View All Documents
