Has anyone got a MM 1.1 working with Exchange 2008

Never heard of Exchnage 2008 in the real world.

Perhaps they meant Exchange 2007, in that case no it should not work. Can't remember if it was supported but you could probably get it to work with Exchange 2003 but that's probably the latest version of Exchange you could get MM 1.1 for Exchange to work on.

That sounds awful...why not AAM 6.3? Its way way way easier...and at least contemporary to the Exchange. I didn't think any MM 1.1's survived...

It is currently working on exchange 2003 , but customer wants to upgrade exchange (active directory) to 2008 R2.

If that is all they are asking about - AD forest/domain levels or OS versions of the DCs running the forest/domain - then that should be fine. Keep in mind the NSPI connection limit when using 2008 and beyond DCs in an environment. That affects all versions of MM for Exchange. Avaya has a document on it so you can plan ahead for it. If the customer has DCs already at the 2008 level of OS or later, then you might already be experiencing this issue (depending on how many MM servers and users in the environment).
