Can somebody helpme with a document about an installation of a private link between an IPOFFICE and a MITEL 3300 system, thanks

is this over T1/PRI or IP connection? It makes a difference. I have not done Mitel but cisco and others over IP. I have also done T1/PRI to other systems. Let me know which way you are going and i will see if i can help you.

The Networking option is with a E1/PRI

are they over point to point T1 or are they in the same location. If they are int he same location then you may need a T1 crossover. You should be able to go into your PRI line and set the switch type. This will need to be the same on both sides. I am not sure what the Mitel has. Then change all you channels to inservice. You will also need to give this a incoming and outgoing group ID. Then add system short codes to dial accross the link.. Somthing like

say the Mitel extensions in 4000 range..

Short code 4xxx
Feature Dial
Number 4N
then the outgoing group of the PRI.

One thing i forgot. You may need to chage the setting on the PRi from CPE to CO to get it to come up. That is basically it. I think i am going fom memory.. You may also need to build incoming call routed for this link as well.

Thanks, I am Worried about the Mitel Side, if there are no problems with the signaling between the IPO406 and the Mitel 3300.

Unfortunatly i have no Mitel experiance. Never see them around my way. Some one may have done it.
