Avaya Media Manager cannot see recording from user self Admin

Hello,

I have IPO and application server for VMPRO
I start media manager and working fine.
The problem that i cannot give users access to listen and download recorded message at all.

Probably because you've forgotten that Avaya's version of good design and user experience isn't the same as anyone elses.

[li]Log into the application server web manager.[/li]

[li]Click on the chess piece icon top-right and select Preferences.[/li]

[li]In IP Office IP Address, enter the IP address of the IP500 V2[/li]

[li]Click Update.[/li]
[/ul]



And yes, the users will need to use the self-admin address of the application server for the message playback. Its 100% a clunky design but it does work eventually.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
I already Add ip office ip address in preference.

The app server is 192.168.2.41 and i cannot login to self-admin address of the application server.

Can anyone explain to me how to do this exactly and where??

Have you solved this issue ? I´m having the same problem
 
webpage as from R11 FP4 is changed into address of the Application server:7070/WebManagement/index.html

But where can I define the usernames and passwords?
