avaya magix

I have an avaya magix with PRI that will not make outbound or accept inbound calls. carrier states he is seeing "call barring" codes from the PBX. any help/suggestions?
 
New setup, or was working and just started happening?

Do your protocols match?

Do you have any errors? Any alarms?

Are you sending a telephone number that the carrier is not accepting?

How are you testing? Dialing 9 and letting the ARS do the routing, or using the pool dial out code?

Have you gone through the PRI troubleshooting FAQ posted for this forum?
