Avaya Magix VM not passing Blocked ID Calls Thru

Merlin Magix with Merlin Messaging. Blocked caller ID calls ring twice to the voice mail ports then go to nowwhere. Only calls with Blocked caller ID. Pri/Flex circuit to Magix set for Any Service 0 to pass all calls. There main number 6219 deleted to 770 Voicemail. Only calls that are CID Blocked get stuck in nomans land???? Any clue's as to a solution to fix???? Thanks in advanced!!!

Thanks, found that thread and had the carrier add it to the flex router all is well, Thanks for the input!!!!
