Avaya Magix PRI help

I have to install a new PRI in a Magix, I have done this several times in the past but have had some troubles bringing up the PRI. The switch from Verizon is a dms, we are set to national and I have asked them to make sure the L1 flag in the trunk sub group is set to yes. Am i missing anything to ask from Verizon?

You might want to verify what was ordered to make sure you have everything you need, and the options selected are compatible and the wiring is good.
