Avaya License types for avaya workplace 1

Hello I was told I could use the Mobile user for the workplace phone app, but it seems it only works with the power user license, I even tried the teleworker license and still nothing.
what i find funny is that I can use the app on my computer with the Mobile user license, but not the cell phone.

does anyone know if the mobile user should work with the phone app.

You see in the user several checkmarks underneath the profile

when you activate the profile the checkmarks of all you can do with it will auto populate.

The "Enable Mobile VoIP client" is the one for the cell phone and that only works on PowerUsers

thank you i noticed that, I just wanted to confirm im right, so the only license that works for cellphones is power user.
