Avaya j129 log out issue

Hello everyone,
Avaya J129 keeps getting logged out few times. Customer have to login again using the credentials. I have upgraded the Avaya IPO 500 v2 system and one phone firmware but still after few days it logged out. I am not able to detect the exact issue. What can be the cause of log out? Is it about the Lan connection or hardware or software bugs ?
Any kind of help much appreciated...

 
On the User Telephony > Supervisior Settings > Login Idle Period (Sec) Set it to 99999
 
Is it logging the user out or is it logging the extension out?

First could mean a login idle period is set, second could mean someone else is logging in a different phone with that base extension.

User information getting logged out. Phone is asking for user and password. Base extension and logging extension are same. I have already reset those j129 phones and upgraded it. Still the issue remain same..​
