I have a couple J129 IP phones that I'm trying to get up and running. I have the SIP extensions and user setup in IP office, and the phone is registered with the extension. IP Office sees the new Extension. But when i try to make a call - nothing happens. I have enough Endpoint licenses.
When I watch the system status during the call, I see a "Call busy wrap up" message then Call ended.
I've been trying to find out if its the issue with my build of IP Office or something else that I'm not aware of.
