In the client we have Server Edition R10.1.0.1.0 build3, among several terminals that have ip such as 1608, e129, now some J129 are incorporated.
The extension numbering plan that they have is 1xxx, and what is happening to us is that when they want to dial from J129 to certain extension numbers, for example 107x and 101x, when 107 or 101 is dialed, it already gives a reorder tone, no so when dialing 102x-103x-104x-105x-106x-108x-109x.
We note that this happens when the dialing is done by lifting the tube and pressing the speaker key and dialing the extension number.
In the case of dialing in another way, dial the extension number 107x and then press the Redial soft key, the call is carried out without problems.
I've been reviewing and editing the 46xxsettings.txt file but I can't get any variant.
This failure does not happen if dialing from another terminal model such as 1608 or e129.
Perform the same test on AVAYA IP500v2 R10.1.0.1.0 build3 and do the same.
Firmware version of J129 FW_S_J129_R1_1_0_0_15.bin.
